Libertyville Office Holds Recycle Event and Flower Sale!

Our Libertyville office held a document shredding and recycling event at their office on Saturday, May 9th. To reduce the risk of identity theft and fraud, members of the community brought their junk mail, cancelled checks, utility bills, credit cards, credit card statements and other materials to destroy on-site for recycling. The event was a free service to the community and guests also had the option to purchase a lovely spring bouquet at the event. Over 17 bins of documents were shredded and recycled! Libertyville Real Estate Agents Give Back!

The Libertyville team hosted a PADS dinner in Grayslake last night.  PADS, or “Providing Advocacy, Dignity, and Shelter”, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping the homeless find short and long term housing and resources.  Agents Ellen O’Toole and Millie Kepler organized the evening, which included 15 agents and staff cooking dinner for about 40 participants. We are thrilled to see our offices giving back to the communities they serve.  Well done everyone!  See more photos of the event on our Facebook page here.

IMG_8449 (Small)For more than 20 years, the agents and staff of our Libertyville office have collected donations and prepared complete Thanksgiving meals for less-fortunate Lake County families who might not otherwise have had a special meal on this day of thanks. This year, the Libertyville office met at Mariano’s in Vernon Hills and prepared 100 meals for Townships to distribute! The boxed meals included traditional Thanksgiving fixings such as a turkey, green beans, potatoes, yams, rolls, cranberries, stuffing and pumpkin pie. Thank you to all that came out and helped assemble the meals, donated, and/or supported this great cause!  To view the full photo album, visit our Facebook page!
